Our Return Policy

At Designing Dee, we’re committed to you. We want you to absolutely love your purchase! Our quality control teams inspect your items prior to shipping to assure the quality and your satisfaction. If you find that there is a need to return or exchange your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Defective/Faulty Products

Items that are found defective when received, will be replaced with like products only. The item will be replaced promptly once proof of purchase and defect have been verified. Please follow the process for returns by clicking HERE. Specify in your message that the item you received is defective with an explanation of the problem. We will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and get back to you asap.

Contact Us Promptly

For all additional requests for return/exchange, please contact us by clicking HERE and submitting a return/exchange form. In the comment box please reference
  • your order number,
  • the item you’d like to return
  • the reason for the return.
We will confirm your purchase and arrange for the return of your item.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label to use for your return. Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we must be able to verify proof of purchase.

Original Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed with no odors) and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Period

All returns must be received within 14 days of the return approval. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your item along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the returned item is found to meet the return policy your refund will be processed within 7 days of the receipt of the package. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds should be posted within 3-7 days depending on your bank or card issuers. Again, the original shipping fee, return shipping and insurance are non-refundable

 

Non-Returnable Products

  • Clearance and or Sale items are not returnable refundable

  • Custom orders are not returnable or refundable

  • Personalized items are not returnable or refundable

Cancellations

Because we begin processing your order right away, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. Please fill out a contact form here and request the cancelation. Any processing fees incurred from your credit card charge will be unable to be refunded.  We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
